Many people have asked what I recommend to protect children from getting serious infectious diseases. Here is an immune-strengthening program.
Avoid antibiotics
Use natural treatments for ear infections, viruses, sore throats, and coughs. Reserve antibiotics for life-threatening diseases, such as meningitis and pneumonia, though these can be caused by viruses too, and then antibiotics are ineffective. Seek medical care for your children by qualified homeopaths, naturopaths, acupuncturists, and chiropractors.
Do not ingest antibiotics in foods
Use organic dairy products and meats. Do not eat farm-raised fish.
Avoid pesticides
Feed your children organic fruits and vegetables whenever possible.
Avoid toxic chemicals
Do not use commercial sunscreens, shampoos, or toothpaste on your children. Use sunscreens made with zinc oxide and titanium dioxide, and avoid chemicals with names you do not understand, like sodium lauryl sulfate, and EDTA.
Avoid foods with added corn syrup, partially hydrogenated oils, and artificial flavors and colors. Instead give them fresh fruits and any vegetables or vege juices they will swallow.
Stop giving vaccines
All those ridiculous viral vaccines for flu, hepatitis, measles, and chicken pox deplete the immune system. Meningitis vaccines are downright dangerous.
Give your children the following supplements:
- Colostrum
- Zinc with copper
- Vitamin C
- Fish oil, flax seed oil, Udo's oil blend, or Neuromins (DHA from algae)
- Vitamin E
