Kathy Arnos

Kathy Arnos began her professional writing career in 1988 as publisher and editor of Mother to Mother: Another View, a newsletter focusing on holistic health and environmental issues for the entire family. She has been lecturing and educating parents for over 16 years, and became a member of the Environmental Advisory Board for Let’s Live magazine in 1989, where she remained until the board dissolved in 1994.

Kathy is the author of The Complete Teething Guide – From Birth to Adolescence and Bach Flowers for Children – Raising Emotionally Healthy Children Without Drugs. In 1991, Kathy produced and hosted a 30-minute television show, “Raising Healthy Children Without Drugs,” which aired on local cable television. The Los Angeles Times dubbed her, "Medicine Mom" and L.A. Weekly called her the "Good Mother." Over the years she has also appeared on local and national television and radio shows.
